Agreement to Terms
By using this website or engaging Alan Robinson Painting for services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request our services.
Services
Alan Robinson Painting provides residential painting and staining services in the greater Nashville metro area, including interior painting, cabinet painting, deck staining and sealing, and fence staining and sealing.
All work is performed or personally overseen by Alan Robinson. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates are free and provided with no obligation. Written estimates are based on a site visit and the scope of work discussed at that time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Material price changes beyond our control may affect pricing on projects scheduled more than 30 days after the estimate.
Scheduling and Access
A confirmed start date will be provided once a contract is signed. We schedule projects in the order they are booked. Weather, material availability, and prior project timelines may affect scheduling.
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area on scheduled days, including moving furniture, clearing surfaces, and securing pets. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate or contract. A deposit may be required to hold your scheduled start date. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods include check, cash, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract.
Cancellations and Changes
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be non-refundable if a project is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date. Changes to project scope after work has begun may affect the final price and timeline.
Workmanship Guarantee
All work is fully guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the finished work, contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or conditions outside our control.
