Refresh → Premium

The difference between Refresh and Premium is what happens before the paint.

Paint doesn’t hide a surface; it shows it. A nail pop, a hairline crack at a corner, a gap where the trim meets the wall: a fresh coat, especially one with any sheen, makes each of them easier to see. Premium puts the hours into filling, sanding, caulking and priming, so the finish goes onto a surface that’s truly smooth. That’s why it looks better on the day we finish and still looks right years later.

Premium → Concierge

Concierge is our white-glove, everything-done-for-you offering.

With Concierge, a Project Consultant plans the job with you before it starts and oversees it until it’s done. We help you choose the color, set the schedule around your household, move the furniture, take down and rehang the hardware and fixtures we’ve agreed on, and coordinate the Lead Painter and crew. You get updates as the work moves along, and any changes you approve are handled for you. When the painting is finished, we do a detailed, professional cleanup, walk every room with you, take care of the touch-ups and hand you your warranty documentation. You make the decisions that matter to you; we handle everything else.

What we paint with

We paint with Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore coatings and choose the product for each surface: a scrubbable finish for a busy hallway, a hard enamel for trim and doors, a sprayed topcoat for cabinets.

What do homeowners ask about the packages?

Is the warranty included with every package?

Yes. Refresh, Premium and Concierge all carry the same five-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer’s limited lifetime paint warranty. The packages differ in preparation and in how much of the project we manage, never in the warranty.

Can I move between packages after the assessment?

The assessment is where the package is set: we recommend the option that matches your priorities, and your written estimate spells out exactly what it includes. If you want to change something once the project is underway, we handle it as an approved change, agreed with you before the work changes.

Does Concierge mean someone is on site every day?

Not necessarily, and we won’t promise that. What Concierge includes is Project Consultant oversight, communication throughout the project, coordination with the Lead Painter and the painting team, and daily project updates as appropriate, so you know where things stand without having to be there yourself.

Do the packages apply to deck and fence staining?

No. The packages cover interior, exterior and cabinet painting. Deck and fence staining are quoted as single-scope projects, and they carry the same warranty as every other project we paint.

Which package is right for a home being sold?

Usually Refresh. Buyers notice clean, even color and crisp lines, and a home headed to market rarely needs the deeper preparation of Premium. If some surfaces need real repair, we’ll tell you at the assessment.
