Our Paint and Workmanship Warranty for Greater Nashville Homes
Five years on our workmanship and the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty on the paint, in writing, on every project we paint, whichever package you choose.
What the five-year workmanship warranty covers
If paint we applied peels, blisters or fails within five years of your completion date because of how we did the work, we come back and correct it, with the labor and materials at no charge to you. Peeling and blistering are the failures that trace back to preparation and application, and that’s the part of the job we’re responsible for.
What the limited lifetime paint warranty covers
The paint itself carries its manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. It covers the product under the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions and exclusions, and we pass it along to you as written.
Both warranties apply to the original customer at the original project address and aren’t transferable.
What isn’t covered
Paint can fail for reasons that have nothing to do with how it was applied. The warranty doesn’t cover:

| The surface underneath | Failure of existing substrates, caulking, drywall, wood or building materials |

This is the document you receive when your project is complete, with your name, your address and the completion date filled in.
