We needed to repaint the ceiling in our open plan living room and wanted to paint the walls as well. The high, sloping ceiling and walls were beyond my reach, but Alan took to the work with a plan and enthusiasm. The amount of effort he put into fixing some drywall damage and ensuring the ceiling and walls were as smooth as could be was simply tremendous. I remain amazed that he could cut in and paint straight lines with an outstretched pole while perched on a ladder fourteen feet in the air. We never thought our living room could look so good.
Alan was always on time, communicated well, and without fail left the job site (i.e., our home) just as clean as if not cleaner than when he arrived. From start to end, he exceeded all of our expectations.
So, again, I do not know which word of commendation best fits Alan. All I know is that you should hire him for your next painting job.
Fantastic work! We pulled our old alarm system out of the wall, and Alan patched that up and painted our whole main level (including vaulted ceilings). Everything is tarped before he begins, he shows up on time every day, is extremely personable, and an absolute family man. He even worked us in quickly as my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time.
