A Brentwood Kitchen Painted Mid Gray, Down to the Built-In Desk

This Brentwood kitchen had a lot of cabinetry to bring together: perimeter uppers and lowers, glass-front doors, a peninsula, a long island, the range-hood surround and a built-in desk with cubbies. All of it went to the same mid gray, against white quartz counters, a brick-tone tile backsplash and oak floors.

Cabinet Painting in Brentwood That Carries Into the Trim

The breakfast-room window trim and chair rail took the same gray, so the color reads as one decision rather than a kitchen project that stopped at the cabinets. The mid-project frames show how a job like this looks in the middle: doors off and away, uppers primed white, counters sealed in plastic. The last frames show it closed back up.
