A Navy Band Up the Stairs and a Laundry Room Brought Back in Bellevue
The staircase in this Bellevue home has white risers and spindles with stained treads, and a navy blue band painted along the stair wall that follows the climb. One frame shows the risers patched and sanded before paint.

The laundry room appears twice: opened up with exposed pipes and damaged wall, then finished in warm beige with white chair rail and trim. A carpeted basement room went light gray with white baseboards, and a glass-paneled French door was painted white.
